In a close match, Star had luck on their side and came out with a 1 nil win over a hardworking CBS squad.  The first half ended with a 0-0 tie .  Star scored at the 75th minute on an own goal when a hard clearing shot rebounded into the CBS net.  Like the sportsmen they are, the Star players applauded the lucky goal long and hard.  Late in the match, CBS had two good chances to equalize but a strong headwind thwarted the efforts.
